I prepare for unpredictable attacks in a practical matter, by just making sure that I have a good inventory on my medications.
Sometimes when you’re having an attack spell like I did this weekend, it’s easy to get just kind of exhausted and forget that, you know, you need to stay on top of it. Just making sure that you’re prepared is all you can really do.
Because like you said, they’re super unpredictable. They’ll just come out of nowhere, right? And you also don’t know how long they’re going to last.
So, you know, make sure you’re accounting for your weekends too, because a lot of the specialty pharmacies don’t deliver or are not open on the weekends — to make sure you get those medications.
